The Milnes Co., Inc. was founded over 25 years ago and is a widely diversified construction firm with an aggressive approach toward assisting our clients in planning and constructing their future. The Company specializes in the construction of wastewater treatment plants and commercial/industrial projects including:

The contracting methods employed by The Milnes Company include Lump Sum Bidding, Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) as General Contractors and / or Construction Managers and Design / Build Work.

The Milnes Company is an open shop employer with a stable workforce of approximately forty-five construction employees and eight project managers/office employees.

The Company normally self-performs concrete and carpentry work and also self performs mechanical work on wastewater treatment or similar process projects. Site development work, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and other specialty trade work are normally subcontracted. The Milnes Company has developed a substantial list of qualified subcontractors and consultants, who are selectively employed to most efficiently meet your project requirements.

The Milnes Co., Inc. maintains ample bonding with a reputable insurance and surety underwriting company.

The Milnes Co., Inc. is a Ceco Building Systems builder. Our Company has been chosen by Ceco for our construction expertise, commitment to quality, financial stability and knowledge of our local market.

By incorporating advanced computer-aided design, Ceco continually expands its ability to meet market demands for attractive, functional, and energy efficient buildings.

Ceco’s options in framing, roof and wall systems offer the unlimited dimensional and geometric flexibility needed by designers, contractors, and builders.

With a “nonstandard” design philosophy, Ceco ensures that each project is designed and manufactured to meet individual space and function requirements.

Exterior facing materials may be selected from Ceco’s broad selection of panel profiles and color finishes. Brick, concrete tilt-up, Dryvit-type surface, and other materials can be used also.
