Dan Psolka To Become A Professional Land Surveyor
January 10, 2005 Daniel Psolka an employee of Milnes Engineering, Inc. received notice that he had passed all the required written examinations administered by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in order to become licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor.
Dan graduated from the University of Penn State, Wilkes-Barre Campus, with a Bachelor of Science degree in surveying. Subsequent to graduation he satisfactorily completed the surveying fundamentals written examination and became certified as a Surveyor-in-Training. (S.I.T.).
After the issuance of his Surveyor-in-Training certificate, Dan had to work and then demonstrate to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that he had performed four (4) or more years of progressive experience in land surveying work under the supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor. Dan was able to show evidence of his experience due to the many land surveying projects that he was involved with as an employee of Milnes Engineering, Inc. and that in turn qualified him to take the National principles and practice written examination and also the Pennsylvania principles and practice written examination, being the last examinations to be taken, which he just found out he had passed.
To become a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania involves a lot of hard work and perseverance. Dan has to be congratulated on his accomplishments. |
