Description:
The client United Water requested Milnes replace a failed sludge pumping system and upgrade the sludge piping and flow measurement instrumentation.  Also, to repair an existing clarifier and rebuild three rapid sand filters.  Milnes performed these repairs and upgrades while the plant remained online
