Description:
The Milnes Co Inc. is working to construct a new membrane filtration water treatment facility for the Ulster Municipal Authority located in Ulster, PA in Bradford County.  A new 3800 square foot masonry building will house the treatment equipment.  The project will also install two new well pumps and replace over 1000 ft of existing water main.  Completion is expected in the Summer of 2010.
