Description:
This project is to meet the new requirements as implemented by the New York City watershed program. The scope includes a temporary by-pass of the existing plant, while constructing the new upgraded plant. The new plant will include microfiltration along with the upgrades of aeration systems, clarifiers and SCADA controls.
